WHY ONLINE COACHING?

Tired of spinning your wheels in the gym and hopping from one program to the next without seeing the results your hours in the gym deserve? Well online coaching could be the answer.  The main reason why online coaching is for you is simple…results! Have you achieved what you set out to in the gym? Transformed your body? Gained a lot of muscle?

Be honest with yourself. If not why not? Put it this way…I believe in having a coach so much that I have my own coach and my performance is significantly better for that fact. So, let’s get you making giant strides towards your goals rather than simply treading water.

After first assessing what you want and where you currently are in the pursuit of that goal I will set about making it reality.

The whole process can be broken into 5 elements:

Depending on you and your circumstances one of those elements may be more important than the others. The most underrated, in my opinion, is accountability. I have always had the best results when I have made myself accountable to someone else.

When I finally reached the 100kg bodyweight mark that my rugby club said I needed to be. When I got shredded for my first photo shoot. When I prepared for my first ever strongman competition.

Yep they were all times when I shared my goals with someone else and made myself accountable to them. I’m sure you will be amazed at how much having me hold you accountable will drastically improve the results of your training and nutrition.

I will lay the whole process out in front of you and support you every step of the way. Essentially, I will do everything except prep the food and do the workouts for you.

My goal is to make it as simple for you as possible. A word of warning though…simple does not mean easy! I will expect you to push yourself to the limits in the gym and remain consistent with your nutrition. You want to achieve outstanding results, right? Well you will have to do something out of the ordinary to achieve extraordinary results.

There will be no more treading water, plateaus or training program hopping. Instead we will go full steam ahead to smash your goals. The training programs will be written for you and only you. No cookie-cutter routines. Everything is bespoke to your situation, goals and needs. This will provide you with a map to your ideal physique.

The same goes for your diet. No more worrying about where you can grab a “healthy” meal while out and about. Instead you will be educated on how to make good food choices, build healthy habits, and be armed with time saving food prep strategies. This is crucial for us skinny guys. All too often, when life gets in the way we skip meals and lose weight. This is easily fixed if you have some simple strategies in place.

I will help you to deal with these times. As someone with two kids aged 5 and under, I know about having curveballs thrown at you and have become an expert at making adjustments to both training and diet on the hop while still making progress.

A successful career, a fun family and social life is all possible while building a bigger and stronger body. I know as I’m living proof and can help you to achieve the same.
